Flights by devpitot

By downloading, accessing, or using the Flights by devpitot app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App helps users keep track of their flights.

You need an account to use key App features. Authentication and account management are provided through Supabase.

You may also sign in with Google. If you use Google sign-in, you are also subject to Google terms, policies, and requirements.

• – Primary account data may include your email address and authentication identifiers.
• – You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

The App stores user data needed to provide the service, including account email and flight-related records such as flights taken.

User data is stored through Supabase infrastructure as part of App operation.

The App does not sell your personal data and does not share your data with unrelated third parties for advertising purposes.

Some data may be processed indirectly through service providers required to run the App. When third-party services are used, their own terms and privacy policies apply in addition to these Terms.

You agree to use the App lawfully and in good faith. You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or upload unlawful content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any flight data you enter manually.

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by devpitot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Flight data enrichment and analytics features are best-effort and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, devpitot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or use arising from your use of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that risks harm to the service, other users, or legal compliance.
